What data TradeFlow collects
TradeFlow does not collect or transmit your booking-off data to our servers.
- Local-only storage: job info, worker names, rates/prices, totals, PDFs you generate, and history are saved on your device.
- No account required: no sign-up, no login, and no cloud sync by default.
- No tracking: we don’t track you across apps or websites.
How your data is used
Your data is used only to provide the app’s core features:
Booking off
Record work completed and calculate totals.
PDF reports
Create and export PDF job summaries when you choose.
History
Store past jobs and records locally for quick reference.
File export & permissions
When you export a PDF, iOS may ask for permission to save or share the file. This is only used to complete the export action you initiated.
- TradeFlow requests file access only when you choose to export/share.
- TradeFlow does not automatically upload files to any server.
Support & contact
If you contact us for support, we’ll receive the information you send (such as your email and message) so we can respond.
